  Called in on a Saturday needing advice and to buy quite a few plants. A pleasant and helpful young man was not able to advise me but suggested the other member of staff might. When I asked her I was told the staff who can advise don't work weekends (surely that's when they're needed most?) and was offered a list of plants that may be suitable. When I said I didn't know enough to buy like that as I don't know plants by name (and particularly as some of the plants seemed to have seen better days) I was told very grudgingly that I could be helped but would have to wait as she was busy with other customers. After a while I gave up and went elsewhere. Seemed like not enough staff on for a weekend
